Afterpains aren't talked about enough. This herbal extract features herbs to bring relief from afterpains and help level out mood in the first days after birth. 

• 1 oz. herbal extract
• Alcohol base for long shelf life
• Crafted in small batches
• Can also be used for Moontime cramps and mood if you have some left over

Ingredients: Proprietary herbal blend of Red Raspberry Leaf, Cramp Bark, Lady's Mantle, Motherwort. Extracted with vodka. 1:4 dry herb to menstruum.

Suggested use: Shake well. Follow directions of your midwife or healthcare practitioner. For best results, place desired amount (5-30 drops) directly under tongue. Hold 60 seconds or as directed before swallowing.

Alternatively, dilute recommended amount in water or juice. Store in a cool, dark location.
