Take the Bath of Least Resistance with this family friendly soak. This one's for everybody. This herbal bath blend features herbs to gently calm the mind and sooth the body so even the little ones can enjoy a nice soak. 

• 12 oz. herbal bath salt blend
• 4-6 full baths per bag
• Pregnancy safe

• Epsom salts for soothing
• Reusable cloth bag included
• Crafted in small batches

Ingredients: Proprietary herbal salt blend of Calendula, Chamomile, Plantain, Lavender, Epsom Salts.

Reusable cloth bag included.

Full bath: Boil 4 cups water. Remove from heat. Place desired amount of herbs into cloth bag and tie (don't knot so you can reuse it). Steep at least 15 minutes. Pour your "bath tea" into filled bath tub. External use only. Do not drink "bath tea."

For Little Ones: We recommend using less of the herbal bath blend for little ones. For safety, always remain with your young children during bath time and ensure they don't drink the bath water.

Herbal steam cleanse or foot soak: Follow the directions using less herbs.

Salts can be irritating to some individuals. You may choose to use less of the bath salt blend to start out. 

Baths are not recommended following a Bellybirth (Cesarean, C-Section). This blend is a great option once you have received approval from your healthcare provider to soak/bathe following a Bellybirth. We recommend receiving the approval to bathe from your healthcare provider before bathing as recovery times may vary.
