Nausea? Bloating? Upset Stomach? There's Bellease for that. This one's for everybody. This herbal blend features herbs to bring calmness to nervous bellies, ease morning sickness, and provide gentle gas relief. Our blend includes lemon peel and peppermint for added benefits and subtle flavor.

Ingredients: Proprietary herbal blend of Chamomile, Fennel, Catnip, Peppermint, Lemon Peel.

Suggested use: Shake to remix herbs. Use between 1 teaspoon and
1 tablespoon herbs per cup (~8 oz) water. Steep 10 minutes or until desired strength is reached. Add honey if desired and enjoy! Some herbal blends taste great cold too!

For little ones: We recommend making your own tea with just a bit more herbs and water and giving our children a splash of tea in their own cup. Little ones need much less than adults, given their size. Or you can make them their own personal cup using much less herbs than you would for an adult.
