Catnip Glycerite 1 oz.

Catnip extract. This is an herb with many uses and one of our favorite herbs to keep on hand. We commonly recommend catnip for stomach upset and to stimulate appetite. We especially like the calming and relaxing effects of catnip and it's famed for its use for colic.

Ingredients: Catnip herb. Extracted with vegetable glycerin and distilled water. 1:5 dry herb to menstruum.

Suggested use: Shake well. Follow directions of your midwife or healthcare practitioner. For best results, place desired amount (5-30 drops) directly under tongue. Hold 60 seconds or as directed before swallowing.

Alternatively, dilute recommended amount in water or juice. Store in a cool, dark location.

For Little Ones: We recommend adding a few drops in one or two ounces of water or juice. Over 6 months, one drop can easily be given with a clean finger if still exclusively breastfeeding/chestfeeding.

Ages 1-3: 4-8 drops

Ages 4-7: 8-12 drops

Ages 8-12: 12-16 drops

Ages 13+: 20 drops
