Cramp Bark and Black Haw have similar effects, however we find that they work best when combined together. Especially useful as a uterine relaxant for moontime (menses) cramps, uterine cramps without change to the cervix (early, prodromal labor, irritable uterus), and afterbirth pains. This blend is also helpful for promoting relaxation and easing nervous tension.

This blend is also beneficial for threatened miscarriage by calming an irritable uterus due to stress. These herbs will not stop a miscarriage that is meant to happen, such as problems with a developing baby, some hormone imbalances, or anatomical causes affecting pregnancy. Ingredients: Proprietary herbal blend of Cramp Bark, Black Haw. Extracted with vodka. 1:5 dry herb to menstruum.

Suggested use: Shake well. Follow directions of your midwife or healthcare practitioner. For best results, place desired amount (5-30 drops) directly under tongue. Hold 60 seconds or as directed before swallowing.

Alternatively, dilute recommended amount in water or juice. Store in a cool, dark location.
