Cramp Bark Glycerite 2 oz.

Cramp Bark extract. This is a prized herb in our personal stash. Cramp Bark, as the name implies, is commonly used for cramps surrounding moontime (menses) and muscle spasms. Cramp Bark (along with Black Haw) has been famed for use during pregnancy with an irritable uterus, early labor or threatened miscarriage. This herb is also great to have on hand for afterpain cramps. 

• 2 oz. herbal extract
• Single herb
• Alcohol free
• Kosher and Halal certified vegetable glycerin
• Crafted in small batches

Ingredients: Cramp Bark. Extracted with vegetable glycerin and distilled water. 1:5 dry herb to menstruum.

Suggested use: Shake well. Follow directions of your midwife or healthcare practitioner. For best results, place desired amount (5-30 drops) directly under tongue. Hold 60 seconds or as directed before swallowing.

Alternatively, dilute recommended amount in water or juice. Store in a cool, dark location.
