Whether you feed your baby straight from the tap or you pump and bottle feed, lactating is a demanding task. This herbal blend features herbs to support a healthy body and milk supply during the lactating journey. Our blend includes lemon for added benefits and subtle flavor. 

• 3 oz. loose leaf tea
• 30-40 servings per bag
• Crafted in small batches
• Pairs well with Milky Flow Glycerite/Tincture 

Ingredients: Nettle, Oatstraw, Alfalfa, Fennel Seed, Blessed Thistle, Lemon. 

Suggested use: Shake to remix herbs. Use between 1 teaspoon and
1 tablespoon herbs per cup (~8 oz) water. Steep 10 minutes or until desired strength is reached. Add honey if desired and enjoy! Some herbal blends taste great cold too!

About 30-40 servings per bag.
