As with the moon, our bodies also go through cycles. This herbal extract features herbs to bring relief from painful cramps and helps to level out mood in the days before and during menses. 

• 1 oz. herbal extract
• Alcohol free
• Kosher and Halal certified vegetable glycerin
• Crafted in small batches

• Can also be used after birth for afterpains if you have this on hand

Ingredients: Proprietary herbal blend of Red Raspberry Leaf, Lady's Mantle, Cramp Bark, Motherwort. Extracted with vegetable glycerin and distilled water. 1:4 dry herb to menstruum.

Suggested use: Shake well. Follow directions of your midwife or healthcare practitioner. For best results, place desired amount (5-30 drops) directly under tongue. Hold 60 seconds or as directed before swallowing.

Alternatively, dilute recommended amount in water or juice. Store in a cool, dark location. 

This extract is best used the couple days before and during moontime (menses), as needed for abdominal discomfort.
