• Alcohol free
• Kosher and Halal certified vegetable glycerin
• Safe for little ones (ages 6 years and older)

Ingredients: Proprietary herbal blend of Chamomile, Catnip, St. John's Wort. Extracted with vegetable glycerin and distilled water. 1:5 dry herb to menstruum.

Suggested use: Shake well. Follow directions of your midwife or healthcare practitioner. For best results, place desired amount (5-30 drops) directly under tongue. Hold 60 seconds or as directed before swallowing.

Alternatively, dilute recommended amount in water or juice. Store in a cool, dark location.

For children (6 years and older): We recommend adding a few drops in one or two ounces of water or juice.

A note on St. John's Wort: This herb is one of the few herbs that have been extensively studied. St. John's Wort is a very effective herb, however it also interacts with several medications. DO NOT TAKE WITH ANTIDEPRESSANTS. St. John's Wort may interfere with contraceptives (birth control). Speak with your trusted healthcare professional if you are taking any medications before taking this supplement. Do not take on a daily basis for more than 8 weeks unless directed to do so by a trusted healthcare professional.
