Renew Bath Soak 12 oz.

Renew the mind and body with this peaceful herbal bath soak. This herbal bath blend features herbs to gently calm the mind and sooth the body so you can feel your best, inside and out. 

• 12 oz. herbal bath salt blend
• 4-6 full baths per bag
• Epsom salts for soothing
• Reusable cloth bag included
• Crafted in small batches

Ingredients: Proprietary herbal salt blend of Calendula, Comfrey, Rosemary, Lavender, Epsom Salts.

Reusable cloth bag included.

Full bath: Boil 4 cups water. Remove from heat. Place desired amount of herbs into cloth bag and tie (don't knot so you can reuse it). Steep at least 15 minutes. Pour your "bath tea" into filled bath tub. External use only. Do not drink "bath tea."

Herbal steam cleanse or foot soak: Follow the directions using less herbs.

Baths are not recommended following a Bellybirth (Cesarean, C-Section). This blend is a great option once you have received approval from your healthcare provider to soak/bathe following a Bellybirth. We recommend receiving the approval to bathe from your healthcare provider before bathing as recovery times may vary.
