Vitex berry, also commonly known as Chasteberry. This herb is famed for helping balance hormones involved with the female reproductive system. Vitex is commonly used for balancing hormones prior to conception, PMS around moontime (menses), and menopause.

• 1 oz. herbal extract
• Single herb
• Alcohol free
• Kosher and Halal certified vegetable glycerin
• Crafted in small batches

Ingredients: Vitex berry. Extracted with vegetable glycerin and distilled water 1:5 dry herb to menstruum.

Suggested use: Shake well. Follow directions of your midwife or healthcare practitioner. For best results, place desired amount (5-30 drops) directly under tongue. Hold 60 seconds or as directed before swallowing.

Alternatively, dilute recommended amount in water or juice. Store in a cool, dark location.
